God Cares About My AC?

God took my husband Tim Home to Heaven about six months ago, and I’d like to tell you what happened to me last month. At first, you may wonder why I am telling such a seemingly minor and inconsequential story. I opened the door to the hallway closet that holds my furnace/air conditioning. Mind you, I did NOT do so to check on it (for who knew it needed “checking on?”) No, I opened it to see if the opened door might bump into a pretty wall decor I was thinking of hanging. On the floor was a small water puddle. The AC was leaking and needed attention before it damaged the flooring and nearby carpeting. "Thank You, Lord, that I discovered the leak early so I can take care of it!" But then my gratitude immediately turned into the pressure and aggravation of handling something Tim would have handled. Do I phone a friend who may give me guidance? Just put a small drip pan and ignore it? Or call the service company and perhaps incur a large unnecessary charge? What happened next?

Invest in Your Grandparenting Legacy

Grandparents play a unique and powerful role in shaping the spiritual lives of their grandchildren. Yet, in today’s world, it can be challenging to know how to effectively pass down faith to the next generation. That’s why we are thrilled to invite you to the Legacy Coalition Christian Grandparenting Summit on Saturday, March 1st, hosted right here at Cornerstone Church Grafton (1187 Falls Road, Grafton, WI). Also, online. See our website

YWAM Discipleship Training and Coaching

YWAM Coaching is a catalyst for revival! Could adding a life coaching element into a missions program like YWAM be important? I believe the answer is yes! Coaching is not just a helpful tool for growth; but in a missional context it’s a catalyst for revival! My hope is that every YWAM student would go forward with the same clarity and passion they had during DTS, whether they’re called to serve in the mission field or in Walmart. Because I believe that, no matter where they go, they are called to make His name known and spread His Kingdom. Coaching isn’t just a tool for growth; it’s a catalyst for revival.

Cornerstone Church Grandparenting Ministry

Cornerstone Church is once again stepping into a pivotal role in the spiritual growth of families by hosting the Legacy Coalition Grandparenting Summit 2025. As a satellite site for this nationally broadcast event, Cornerstone Church is inviting grandparents from Grafton and surrounding communities to join on Saturday, March 1st, for a day of inspiration, learning, and empowerment. The Legacy Coalition Grandparenting Summit is the only national conference focused exclusively on equipping Christian grandparents to pass their faith on to future generations. With a theme of "For This Purpose," the 2025 Summit will challenge and inspire grandparents to embrace their God-given role in the spiritual development of their families.
Just a Simple Greeting Card

Just a Simple Greeting Card

Sending a greeting card shows the significant impact of seemingly small, faithful acts of kindness and encourages faithfulness in serving others. Paul wrote “So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.” Galatians 6:9 (NLT). He also wrote to the Christians in Corinth “Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” I Corinthians 15:58 (NIV).

He discusses his teachings on understanding God's purpose, addressing obstacles to recognizing one's calling through the WHO I AM workshop. He invites people of all ages to contribute to global missions, highlighting the importance of individual experiences in discerning and fulfilling one's divine calling.

You’re 70, You’re Beautiful And You’re Mine

The card read “For My Beautiful Wife-A Birthday Wish Filled With Love.” A lovely pink card with an equally lovely sentiment. I was grateful for his kindness because at this age I rarely feel beautiful. That evening I was surprised to find another envelope inscribed “Another Card” (typical of my husband’s humor). When I opened it, I saw “You’re 70” with the 70 emblazoned in shiny red numbers—seven inches high!
